Down-to-earth installations for satellite broadband

The dish is in orbit. The bracket, the cable run and the workmanship are on your roof, and that's the part we look after. Leo-Link installs satellite broadband kit across the UK through a network of regional installers, and supports every installation we've done.

Who to contact

Above the line is your provider. On the ground is us.

Satellite broadband has two halves. Your provider runs the service. Leo-Link did the physical installation. Knowing which half your problem sits in gets it fixed faster.

Above the line

Your service provider

  • Billing, subscriptions and plan changes
  • Account access and login problems
  • Speed, performance and dropouts
  • Outages and obstruction alerts
  • Replacement hardware under warranty

Contact them through the provider's app or account page. Most outages and obstruction issues show there first.

On the ground

Leo-Link

  • Mounting, brackets and fixings
  • Cable runs, entry points and sealing
  • Workmanship on the installation
  • Post-install faults with the physical setup
  • Revisits for installation-related problems

For systems installed by Leo-Link or one of our partner installers. If we fitted it, we'll stand behind it.

Installation problem? Check your provider app for outage or obstruction alerts first. If it's clear and the issue is with the mounting, cabling or workmanship, email us with your address and what's happening.

How support works

Three steps, in order

  1. Check

Power, cabling and your provider app. Outage notices and obstruction alerts rule out most faults before anyone needs to visit.

  2. Explain

Email us what's happening, when it started, and your installation address. A photo of the mount or cable entry helps if that's where the problem is.

  3. Resolve

If it's installation-related, we'll repair it or arrange a revisit. If it's a service issue, we'll say so and point you to the right place.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you provide the broadband service?

No. Leo-Link installs and supports the hardware only. Your subscription, service and billing are with your provider.

Who do I contact if I have no service?

Your service provider. Check their app first for outage notices or obstruction alerts. If the app shows the dish is offline and you suspect a cabling or mounting fault, email us.

Can you revisit the site?

Yes, for installation-related issues on systems we or our partner installers fitted. Email info@leo-link.co.uk with the address and a description of the problem.

Which providers do you work with?

We're provider-agnostic. We install and support Starlink and Amazon LEO hardware and work as official partners of sat-works.com.
